October 14th As the day continues

We had a horrendous rain storm yesterday and I had a leaky roof at my home. But then this afternoon I received a call from my renter in West Marin and heard that a huge tree had fallen in the backyard (which is on a steep hillside) and they wanted me to take care of it. So I drove there and looked at the situation with Michael's help. Okay, not too bad, just need to deal with it so I talked to my neighbor Brian to see if he knew of a tree guy that could take a look at it for me.

So I went back home and I received in the mail an invitation to go on a Cruise in January. Wow! That is exciting. Let's see, how can I get the money together to pull this one off.

Later that evening, I received a call from my other rentor that there was a plumbing leak that needed repair.

What a day to be home trying to get well from a cold. Really, I am supposed to be resting.

Well, It looks like the cold/flu got me today and I am down resting in bed. I probably need to do more of this, but always need to work. I have been looking into changing the Model of my life and I have a vision, but I have not figured out the path to get there. I guess this is where I can start. Today. The first day of the rest of my life.
